Dr. Jim Daily is chief of anesthesia services and medical director of the surgery center. He supervises every surgery at OSS. Dr. Daily developed an expertise in pain management in the U.S. Navy. He founded the anesthesia group at one of Springfield’s hospitals and is a medical volunteer in Guatemala.
